Carpet man came right after he called, and was very knowledgeable. He proceeded to ask which areas we wanted cleaned and within 10 minutes was working at cleaning. My back bedrooms had stains, it's an off white color, and when he was done I couldn't believe how clean the rooms were! Like brand new! Living room carpet is only 6 months old but we have 4 dogs that come in & out of the house & they have the run of the farm, so needless to say you could see the brown areas. Well once our carpet man was done the entire living room looked brand new again! We were all amazed at how beautiful every room turned out and that evening every room was dry & we were enjoying the CLEAN carpet! Many thanks to Zerorez and we will definitely be telling our friends and we will see you again soon!

Zerorez is the only carpet cleaning service I will use. I have used them for years and they consistently give me great advise and service.
Today, Chris Spencer, came to my house to clean up a dog disaster that covered 3 rooms. A house full of white wool carpet and panic. Chris took care of all of it. He knew what needed to be taken in for a full bath and what he could do onsite. He was always conscious to not do anything that could damage the carpets. My house is clean and I will use them again! and highly recommend this company!
