The Customer Service was excellent in every part of the process. The call to schedule, the confirmation, and the call right before the service was done. The team that did our carpet were great, Brian and Michael. They explained everything, did not pressure me or try to add on services or products. The process did not take too long, and it was well worth it. The carpet looks wonderful. I would call Zerorez again to clean my carpets.

Steve is amazing! He came on time, explained everything and then went to work. When he finished, the carpet that was slated to be replaced looked almost new. He saved us a great deal of money, time and work. There were some rather tough looking spots that Steve really worked over until he (and I) was satisfied.
