Cody did an excellent job of explaining the various processes and showing me the effort to remove some of the stains. Our major traffic areas came clean beautifully. A few older stains did not go away, but that is to be expected. I was very pleased.

We were a bit surprised to have all the "add on" options explained when they arrived. No one on the phone told me about it when I made the appointment. It would be nice to have that explained so you have a better idea of the price and it gives you more credibility. Otherwise it does seem a bit deceptive to give a quote and then tell you all about the extras when they arrive.

I was extremely impressed with the job done by the 2 guys who cleaned my carpets and furniture. My sofa, chair and all of the carpets look the best they ever have. The work was done on time and with very little disruption for me. My sister is planning to get her carpets cleaned and will be requesting these same to employees to do the work. They were fantastic!

I was impressed that almost all of the stains in my carpet were removed. Chris and Kyle worked very hard to achieve my satisfaction, as I'm sure they do for all their customers. They were respectful, courteous, and hard working. I am glad I contacted them. I have wanted Zerorez to come clean my carpets for years, and finally had enough money to do it. I only wish Zerorez weren't so expensive. If I ever choose another company to clean my carpets, it will be due to pricing.

I liked the lack of odor and wetness after he had left. The only thing that bothered me was the fact that it was getting dark outside when he did the carpet and the living room was dark as all the lamps had been taken out. We did put one back in but I found some spots that had been missed that I was able to get out with warm water. I think you should consider furnishing your techs with some sort of portable lighting to use during the evening hours. Otherwise, he did a good job.

You can always fit me in, even when I have short notice! It is a "clean" clean, no soapy crunchy feel when dry. Also carpets are dry in less then a day. You staff is awesome, always polite and professional. Will never use another carpet cleaning company, you are the BEST!
