Your products are great and really do what you say they will do, but without the personnel to use them properly it would not matter. I can only say that Chris and Dave arrived at the specified time and we so professional, knowledgeable and courteous as could be. We walked through the house addressing each room and what needed to be done in each. They got out each and every spot. Then they treated/cleaned the tile in the entry wall, mud room and four bathrooms. The tile has not been this clean since it was laid a number of years ago. I cannot say enough good things about ZEROREZ, but the people that you employ are the greatest. Keep up the superb work.
