They come and pre-treat the areas and when they clean it the spots come out. He also worked hard on the living room which was really dirty and we were very pleased.

When he leaves the carpet is almost dry.

The representatives - ease of booking and also the people who come out and do the work take the time to explain steps they will be taking, etc. The people who work for you are wonderful.

First time customer. Steve and Colin cleaned my carpet. Very professional and took time to show me during cleaning how much dirt was coming out of carpet. They were here on time and worked quickly to finish job. They also took time to tell me about other services that Zerorez can do. Very nice service people.

Fast but thorough. Did a great job. Very good explaination about stains and what could and couldn't be done. Technician was professional, friendly, and provided high quality customer service. Have already recommended them to family members.
