I loved the whole process! I have heard the ads on WCCO for a long time and finally decided to try it after a neighbor recommended it. When I called to inquire about setting up a time, the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Everything she told me came true - I received a call a few days ahead of the date to tell me what time to expect to arrive, then I got a call from the technician to let me know he was on his way, once he arrived he was polite and thorough with his questions and then he got right to work. Within a short amount of time, my carpets were cleaned and everything turned out great! We are very, very happy with the job that was done. We will definitely use you again!

My carpets were in dire need of cleaning. I have a white wool carpet in my bedroom. I have three cats, who on occasion have been sick and soiled the carpet. Ialso had the hallway, dining room, living room and family room done. My carpets came out spectacular - like brand new, all the stains are gone. My technican (Dameon) knew what he was doing - also a very hard worker. I am just really very happy!

Our lower level smelled so much better after the cleaning, surprising difference. 3 dogs and a cat in the house and I couldn't smell them. Plus our service tech was done in no time.He was very polite and informative. He also shared about the company life and that made me even happier knowing that employees are happy and treated well.
Effective cleaning at a good price. Fairly easy to get the appointment time you want. I do prefer a team to just one person, not a complaint about the job done just a more comfortable situation with a team.

The technician that came out to my son's apartment was great. He went above and beyond the usual to gain access to the apartment via a crowded parking lot, and put in far more time than is normally required. Not only that, but he did a great job cleaning all of the carpeting. I could not have been more pleased.
You are not due to be here until February, but I have had you in the past and it is the guys who have done work for me before that are so cooperative and not pushy for more added services. They will help me in any way I need and are kind. I am 72 and appreciate young men who are nice to old ladies.
