No heavy, floral smells. The technician does a walk through, before and after and covers their shoes. Also, explained the products and no pressure to purchase.

This was the first time I sent my oriental rugs in to be cleaned and I am so pleased with the results! They are both so plush and more vibrant! I would almost say better than when they were new. Worth every penny spent!
