My carpets were so clean when Owen finished. He asked if I had any concerns and then took extra time with an area where I had furniture indentations I had previously worked on several times myself (I was so frustrated) and it was perfect when he was done! He also placed plastic barriers on our railing posts and wall edges to protect them from the cleaning hose. He was meticulous. Owen explained services and products we might be interested in. And we were. We love your company and employees.

The pet urine treatment (Level 1) that our service tech did (Justin) worked great! There was a strong dog urine odor in one of the rooms and he used the Level 1 biological treatment on the area and it worked wonders!!! We highly recommend it!
