From the moment I called all the way through to this survey, you have been courteous and professional. You all did exactly what you said you would do; call before to block out a time, call ahead to confirm, call ahead to let me know you were on your way. Reece was on time, respected our home and put on blue slippers (I need a basket of those for my guests!), told me what he thought and how he was going to treat and clean the carpet, answered all my questions, showed me exactly how much it was going to cost and why, and did his job. He rocked it and got the stains out. Our house smells great and our carpets are clean. !!! You guys are great and a wonderful example of why pros should be hired to get a job done right the first time.
