Friendly tech. His name is Ryan. Ryan took one long sniff of our dog pee stained area of carpet. Ryan could immediately identify that yes indeed, they are dog pee stains. What really blew me away was that Ryan could actually be able to identify the sex of the dog, dog breed, dog age and even the dog's mental state. WTF Ryan! That was cool!
Polite employees, timely, and they did a fantastic job on my 10 year old carpet. Looks brand new! I would definitely recommend.

Dave was very polite, thorough and did a tremendous job. He was also very professional. He worked on a Friday afternoon and I felt he didn't try to rush his job and get it done because it was a Friday. I am very happy with the work he did. My carpets look great!

The cleaning itself was great. There are serious issues with the call center/scheduling. I had two missed appointments due to an error with your scheduling system/people. They called an incorrect number (twice), talked to someone with no relation to me and rescheduled my appointment in error. This happened twice. to make matters worse, the woman on the phone blamed me for zerorez's error saying that I requested the appointment change.
I am happy with the cleaning, but getting your people to my house proved a near impossible task.
This was the best job we have ever had done on our carpets!! We have had cleanings in the past, and thought that they were perfectly good, but now after having Zerorez.... No comparison! Zerorez has made our carpets look like new again. The customer service was fantastic. Technician really took the time to communicate with us & make sure we were happy with results. Great job Zerorez!
