I have used Zerorez three times now, and I appreciate the thorough, deep cleaning my carpets receive. Our cream-colored carpets look fresh without feeling crunchy afterward. The technician Narecel, was careful to guard the corners around my walls, chairs, and doors, laid down blankets to protect my floor, and took the time to clean my carpets without dropping too much water causing it to take a long time to dry. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. In addition, I was given a two-hour arrival window, and he called to say he was on his way and arrived 30 minutes into that window. I also appreciate a company that arrives on time, performs quality work, and checks in after to make sure the job is done well. It is refreshing to work with this type of company for a change. I am a very satisfied client!

For the price we paid plus the extra pet cleaning solution, it doesn’t seem to do a great job cleaning. The carpet isn’t completely dry yet but my dog just had another accident and I immediately soaked it with a towel and used the Bissell spot bot to clean it. The water was still pretty gray and that’s not the color of the urine.
