We did have old (big) stains that came back in our 2nd floor dormer after the carpet dried though. It may be the old pad under the carpet staining the carpet on top of it.

It would be nice to have a manager or owner perhaps look at these stains and let us know if they have experience with the pad staining the carpet from below and can you do anything about it, thanks.

Zerores provides good customer service. They ensure the spots are removed and if not will go back over them until they are. Our carpets look great now. I have had my home done as well and have noticed the carpets do not collect dirt and stains as they have in the past with convention Rug Doctor cleaning.
