The carpet is clean but not stiff! The workers are neat, detail minded, & very polite. They get right to the job but don't rush through the cleaning. This time Justin cleaned for me. He did a great job! He was also so particular with the non cleaning area so not to leave me with any clean up. Keep him!!!!

Removed all my stubborn spots on my carpet that I thought may be there for good. The Zerorez employee that cleaned my carpets was professional and friendly. I feel he went out of his way to make sure that my carpets were throughly cleaned and sanitized. I will ask for him the next time I need my carpets cleaned.

No residue, dried within 12 to 18 hours,looked great and nice technicians who explained things in detail. I would recommend Zerorez to anyone.

The tech was great and my carpet looks brand new however, the prices are a little steep.

My couch looks brand new but I did have to ask the tech to get in between the cushions on the couch since they don't come off of the couch.

Shane was very professional. He put extra effort into the high traffic areas and explained they may not come completely clean because of the age of the carpet. He was very respectful of my property and treated everything as if it was his own.
