I am very impressed with the service I received from Zerorez? Merrill was the technician and he couldn’t have been more helpful and professional. He did an amazing, outstanding job!! I can’t believe that he removed some very tough stains in my carpet. I highly recommend Zerorez and also Merrill.

Very professional from start to finish. The cleaning process was excellent with no harsh smells, the carpet was not so saturated that it took forever to dry and there was no browning stains on my white carpet.

Tyler did a really good job yesterday cleaning my carpet! Additionally, he was very personable and friendly. Would use Zerorez again and have Tyler clean it!
