It's always a pleasant experience: We have had our carpets cleaned several times by your personnel and they never fail us. You have a very good product and excellent workers.

P.S They forgot one of the plastic corner protectors. I'll leave it outside my door, and they can pick it up any time they are in the neighborhood.
