The tech called 30 minutes prior to the appointment and let me know he was running a bit early and if it was okay to get to my house about 10 minutes early - which was fine with me. The tech was very thorough when we reviewed the area to be cleaned and made recommendations based on us having pets. The carpet looked great when he was done. It dried fast and was very soft to the touch once dry. This was our second time using Zerorez and I would recommend Zerorez to anyone without hesitation. Thanks for a great job!
