Everything! But more specifically, I requested to be the first appointment during the 8am-10am window and the gentlemen arrived promptly at 8am. They listened to my concerns and suggested treatments that would be effective, then hopped to it and were swift but through! They were also very friendly, professional, and hard-working. They went the extra mile and my carpets look like new again! I honestly can't sing enough praise and I'll be a Zerorez customer for life!! :) :)

I love how my carpets look and smell after they have been cleaned with the Zerorez shampoo. I have my own carpet shampooer now, and have never used any other cleaner since you cleaned my carpets many years ago. I never have to worry about my cat walking on the carpet after using the shampoo, and it also works great as a spot cleaner. I am also pleased that you sell me the Zerorez so I can use it my my own shampooer. thanks again, Mary Lombardi
