Secondly, your process is by far the one I will choose because it fits my idea of contributing to a clean environment. The carpets look great, there is no odor, and we can live in our home in comfort.

A J was great at explaining the process. It entailed treating and cleaning areas where my little Bichon had urinated ~ she had lost all control of her bladder ~ and there is no longer any odor in the room where she had her accidents.

Are carpets are dirty and we had a few P stains on them from our dogs but Zerorez got themout the carpets look wonderful and the smell is no longer it looks great and it was a last-minute appointment

I like that Juan the Technician called me to advise he was on his way and then arrived right on time!! I was amazed that the cleaning product he used removed all the cat stains from the carpets and after the carpets dried, they looked like new and felt so soft.
I also have to mention that our family room sofa never looked better after being cleaned, the colors were vibrant again.
I will recommend Zerorez to my family and friends.

Service was fantastic. Up charges were explained with no pressure to purchase. On-time arrival was greatly appreciated as was the care taken in out home such as corner guards, drop clothes and wearing booties while inside.

I liked the pet stuff. I can’t smell anything so far. Jay was professional and he was nice to my dog Max. The customer service was excellent.

This is the second time I’ve used you and always recommend your service to others. The carpet feels and smells clean. The entire house does too. Fast dry time and excellent employees no matter who you talk to. Zach worked with such intensity, was friendly and explained everything as he went along. I think Zach would be a great trainer or manager!!! He’s represents perfectly and works hard to prove Zero is the only real choice out there that does what they say they can do!
