I received a confirming email a couple of days prior to the appointment date and a call about 20 minutes prior to the arrival of my technician, Josh Bennett. He discussed the procedure with me, set up his equipment, and proceeded to quickly clean my carpeting. I like the fact that no soaps or chemicals are used which left my carpeting feeling soft. The procedure fluffed up the nap of the carpet, and I am especially impressed with the short drying time. Josh is an excellent representative for your company...he is friendly and informative and I asked for a few business cards to share with anyone in my building (a 40-unit condo complex) who wants a reference for a reliable carpet cleaning service. liked that there is no soap residue and no crunchy dried soap feel in the carpet. Service person was professional and courteous. Was impressed he wore booties over his shoes. The carpet wasn't left too wet so that it dried in reasonable amount of time.
