The instructors are able to work well with the different levels of the children.

You have awesome fitness training items that I don't have at home (balance balls, the roller thing, hula-hoops, etc.), and a pool.

Although I'm not a parent, I love that child-watch is available so parents don't have to choose between caring for their children and caring for their bodies. Also, I love that financial aid is available because everyone needs fitness, not just those who can afford it.

Good price. Good facilities, especially the steam room. Also, I like the reciprocity with other YMCAs. --Fred

New member but staff is extremely friendly and the facilities are clean

The WC Y promotes a friendly community atmosphere! The open recreation schedules, especially the pools, and the many class offerings promote fitness. The friendly staff and coffee lounge area encourages socializing. The food drive and special events are to be applauded.

I just rejoined the Y and am most interested in yoga classes. Went to my first class last week and enjoyed it. I plan to attend each week, if possible.

I can go any time I want to and take a scheduled class or just do what works for me at that time

1. Friendliness of staff & members
2. Most members clean up after themselves at West Chester Y wellness center
3. Staff at the wellness center are pro-active for the most part.
4. WC has a nice CLEAN pool and plenty of lap swimming time. That being said, I do think WC members are more reluctant to share lanes than at UMLY where it's second nature.
5. Fitness class instructors for the classes I attend (CXworx) are awesome.

So many activities for the whole family

The convenience. How clean the facility is, an especially the culture that exists whereas people are very faithful in cleaning the machines after they use them. The way the equipment is maintained and current

Good variety of classes and programs.

Y is freindly, we'll run and clean. There are lots of classes to choose from. The only negative is that I was assigned to someone from the fitness department who met me with me only once. He went to one class with me and didn't followthrough with other appointments.

Access to all branches. Closeness to home and meeting people from the Y in the neighborhood and vice versa. I like the Montessori pre-school my son goes to.

Group exercise classes: body pump express, gentile yoga, strength basics, lite strength. Taking my grandchildren to indoor pool. Price. Convenience. Friendliness of staff.

The Y staff is friendly and helpful, the location is convenient, the cost is reasonable, and the group exercise instructors are knowledgeable, welcoming & motivating. As a "senior", I find the Y to be an excellent place to maintain and improve my overall health and physical & mental fitness. I also appreciate that we can put our membership on hiatus when we are away in the summer…very accommodating!

The staff is friendly, and the workout areas are clean and inviting. The ultimate compliment is to pose another question: What's not to like?

Caring and skilled instructors. My daughter loves her swimming lesson.

Mack is the absolute best. He is an true inspiration, an awesome teacher, and genuinely nice guy. I've improved my swimming under his guidance.

Lapsters is great program. Mack does a great job for all levels of swimmers - for those that are new to swimming laps, or want to increase physical fitness, or are training for a triathlon - he helps all levels of swimmers to improve and reach their goal.

Great swim lessons!

Antonio is a patient swim instructor with my child and the other kids. He's full of enjoy and always smiling.

I thought the swim lessons were great. I learned a lot. Glen was a fantastic instructor.

I am enjoying the swim classes, i.e. water aerobics and also the outside pool in the summer.

I love my membership. I love that when I go one of the classes offered, I can bring my children and they have fun also.
