The group classes are great, love the Les Mills programs but the instructors are what keep me coming back - and recommending the Y to my friends. They are awesome!

Cost is reasonable, facility is modern, well maintained and equipment mostly up to date. Opportunity to establish regular exercise habits in friendly, safe and clean environment. Have made new friends and many other people I otherwise would never have met.

I like the fact that we are able to belong to the Y because of the income based membership that's available. Also the facility is very clean and well monitored by the staff.

Convenient location of facility. Equipment that I use is not complicated to adjust. Really like the "indoor" track !

The staff our always courteous and knowledgeable, and they are always ready to give help if needed, or they find someone who can help you.

The Wellness Center is fully equipped.

I would like to see more effort put forth to have more Zumba Gold classes for those of us seniors over the age of seventy.

I'm primarily an Upper Main Line Y member but twice a week I drive 20 minutes in morning rush hour to take classes at the West Chester Y. The front desk people are so welcoming, Tim who works in the Cardio Center in the nicest person, always has a nice thing to say and is always smiling. I usually take classes pilates and spin with Leslie, spin/core with Kathy and Brian who runs the very small but mighty treadmill class on Wednesday mornings. They are all great teachers, coaches and more importantly very nice people who do a great job of representing the Y and what it's core values are. I would recommend the West Chester Y without hesitation!

Well maintained facility. Great programs. Equipment nearly always in functioning order.

My only complaint - allowing younger kids (under age of 10) on the equipment during prime time for adults (after work). Maybe there should be posted hours for when they can use the equipment so everyone is aware and can plan/or prepare themselves. Nothing angers me more than when I come in after a days work at 4:30/5:00 and can't get on a treadmill because a younger member is using it. If they are working out (running at an appr speed) - I don't care. But when they are on the machines and walking at 2.5 or slower...it's annoying.

Don't get me wrong - I am all for getting this kids off the couch and moving! Just a suggestion for future. And it's not all the time every day...

Lots of varied classes all week & being able to access any of the Greater Brandywine Y branches at any time. And Parents' Night Out!
