Weight room badly needs a Pit Shark Squat Machine and a Pendulum swing Hip Extension Machine.

The Pool exercise and the Gym equipment are my areas that are what I use.

Class is a good length of time, instructors make it fun.

I love my y! It’s clean and the staff and members are so pleasant and friendly!! However, I do miss the amount of classes available, not enough weekend classes🥹

Very inclusive! Everyone gets a chance to play and coaches are super supportive. Just a chance to have fun.

Introduce little kids and babies to water and there is no pressure on them. I like that we can just let them get the feel for it.

It’s a very clean facility filled with nice people.

I only use the weight and cardio rooms. I find that the equipment is well maintained and the overall environment is positive. You have to be cautious about what time you go to work out as the younger generation will some times overtake the weight room. Let me make something clear, I am happy to see high schoolers working out, but sometimes there are a lot of them there at the same time and it can be difficult to get access to the equipment you may want for your workout.

Lots of great classes-truly something for everyone at any fitness level

People at the front desk are pleasant and helpful. The classes I take at the Y are very enjoyable and fun. They are Zumba with instructor Smitha and Fit light with instructor Janice.

There are a wide variety of group activities to participate and lots equipment if you want to workout individually. I hear lots of good feedback about all of the instructors who lead group activities.
