Mike, Mary, Nick, Steve and the others greet us with a welcoming smile!
I’m happy to be back following the pandemic.
Also pleased with the Livestrong group.
Helen is our coach. Steve has done Tai Chi with us.

Good selection of ellipticals, steppers and weight machines. Lots of lockers in the changing rooms. Friendly staff, usually able to answer questions.

There are many programs and features at the facility. The staff is super friendly and there is something for everyone. The pricing is reasonable and can be adjusted on an income based level making it affordable to many.

They have options for all age groups. However, I wish the younger kids weren’t always scheduled at 9am. Since they didn’t typically begin until 9:15 anyway.

This Y branch offers lots of different activities for all age groups and interests. Plus, if that is not your thing then there is still lots of equipment and open facilities for you to use.
