Cleaner studio compared to other locations visited

My visit was my first time trying any type of yoga, and despite my inability to keep up with the class, or my lack of knowledge of any of the poses the teacher did a wonderful job of offering guidance and assistance without singling me out or rubbing in my weaknesses.

The class was intense and despite being physically exhausting, extremely mentally relaxing - the environment was very clean and the people were all very friendly and professional.

Great instructors, clean facilities, and a wonderful selection of times and variety of courses to take each day.

Sculpt

I've been to 2 locations of Core Power. And, the staff service at each location are very friendly and helpful. I like how they correct one's yoga forms during the class.
I also like the various classes and class times. It's very convenient.

Although, one of the issues I have noticed more than several times already, is the temperature HVAC issue of the class at Core Power Golden Triangle, San Jose location. Sometimes, the HVAC is not working properly. Something facilities needs to fix and correct.

Overall, I enjoy Core Power.

Joanna is a great instructor! Very warm and encouraging and gave good reminders about form and breath.

Love the smaller studios, it feels more intimate and peaceful. I also love seeing the familiar faces and the convenience of it's location, particularly because parking is easy to find, at least for now.
