I love the classes at CPY. The rooms are spacious and heated to the right temperature. They have various classes that cater to different intensity level. And the instructors are professional, knowledgeable and personable to the individual students!

Friendly staff, clean and beautiful facilities
Jessica at corepower made the experience. She welcomed my boyfriend and I right when we stepped in and upon discovering that we were completely new to corepower, she gave us a tour and walked us through the entire experience. I loved that she personalized the class by remembering names and taking the time to encourage. Not only does the music rock, but she is also a great ambassador to corepower. Thanks!

Good location and teachers, I would like to have maybe more outside yoga classes in the park next to the studio. Also when corepower has these events to send out an email of what locations are holding the outside yoga classes. I have seen a few classes outside, but are not aware of when they are b/c I do not see a posting of it.
Classes are excellent, and the instructors are very helpful and willing to help students improve their yoga skills.
The studio was welcoming and the facilities were clean and I loved the decor. The instructor was amazing, motivating, pushed me beyond my comfort zone, and personable before and after class! I loved the class and can't wait to come back!
