I love that the rooms and locker rooms are clean. The staff is friendly, helpful, and I don't feel uncomfortable as a newbie. They make sure that they give me help and guidance. I would definitely recommend core power yoga to anyone wanting to explore yoga.

The calm studio atmosphere & the well informed,trained instructors are a few points that highlight the works of CPY.
As a traveller I loved the hot yoga to stretch out any kinks from sitting in planes and cars, followed by a shower with soap, shampoo and conditioner. I loved that there was a mat and towels available and affordable to rent. I thought it was amazing and will use core power yoga again when visiting the US. I would also purchase apparel as I had such a good experience of the studio.

LOVE the teachers! Hesham, Mark, and Tania are my favorites!!! The classes are such high quality, and love the studios! It doesn't hurt my wrist or feet! The price though is the only reason why I would not recommend CPY.
