I love the changing rooms, they are so clean! And the teachers were wonderful- really positive.
Roxy is my go to instructor I never miss her class. Roxy always has a challenge beautiful words and encouragement for us. It never feels like she is and instructor it feels like she is a good friend guiding us threw are morning. I highly recommend her.

Jackie has done a great job at Golden Triangle - the studio is always clean and there are several amazing instructors: Lauren, Jackie and Hesham are my favorites
This location is smaller but I love that it’s more personable. The instructors are all great!

I like Jackie Um. She has very positive and chill energy. Besides that, it’d be nice to have maybe at least one or two classes a week that were not fusion and simply ashtanga or vinyasa, something a bit more traditional. I like when instructors correct my pose. Thank you!

The sculpt class was a great, challenging workout that flowed seamlessly from one circuit to the next. The use of weights incorporated an added opportunity to customize your own workout and take your pushes to the next level!
