Student Testimonials
I like that all of the instructors (that I've met) are very friendly, helpful, and considerate.
The studio is ALWAYS clean!
The overall feel/mood of the studio in calming, intentional, and all around perfect (is that possible)
Great workout that is also fun!
everything!!!
The instructor was absolutely amazing! Such positive energy. Also the studio was very beautiful and organized, I will definitely be returning.
Staff was very friendly
Frequency of classes
The atmosphere that corepower works to create is always so positive and welcoming. No matter what I have going on in my life, I can always count on a yoga class to raise my spirits and motivate me to succeed both on and off the mat.
Great yoga instructors, so friendly and really take the time to help you with your practice. They are wonderful at remembering your name and greeting you when you show up. It really makes you feel welcome and gives you the desire to keep going.
I love the c2 classes, and do like that there's a little variety with sculpt and hpf.
I wish you had 5am classes once or twice a week in harbor point or federal hill (brewers hill/canton is way too far for city driving--20+ mins)
I do think there's too many non-c2 classes. The time shouldn't be evenly split; c2 should be the focus and the other classes available at different times to mix it up.
There should be more workshops, and they should be free. The competing studio in town has inversion workshops, meditation, arm balance, breathing, etc. like 1-2 times per month on wkends.
Lastly, there should be later classes. A 7pm class is hard for many professionals to make. It also requires them to choose between dinner and Yoga that day. An 8:30 or 9pm start time will attract those clients who work professional jobs but also want to attend regular yoga. Frankly, if my membership wasn't free through a buddy pass, I wouldn't be a member because the class times aren't late enough and half the early classes are non-c2. The competitor in town has 8:30/9pm start times every night. Plus, those classes are "commmunity" meaning non-members can come for $7. These classes are packed and so fun. Corepower can attract new business with a similar structure.
I like the overall atmosphere at Core Power. I also love how you incorporate abs in each class and offer different classes such as yoga sculpt. I do enjoy that every class it heated
the times of the classes, the longevity of the workouts, friendliness/encouragement from staff.
Love yoga sculpt!!
The instructor was very inviting and welcoming.
Likes the smaller class and the window room overlooking the water
Good classes
good location
nice facility
Such a nice studio, friendly teachers, and great classes.
Killer Yoga
I love yoga sculpt! It's such a unique yoga class and unlike many other studios.
The Yoga Sculpt Class was awesome! The studio was clean and they have great apparel!
Organized
I love the variety of classes offered, and that even in the same class, it's different every time!
The locker room facilities are amazing!
All of the teachers are wonderful.
The stuff for sale is expensive but super cute!
Great workout! The instructor made the class really approachable. I had to sit down for a bit because I wasn't properly hydrated, but I never felt embarrassed or unwelcome. I appreciated that the teacher didn't come over to me and say "Are you okay?" and make a big deal that I needed to take a break. I took what she said of "You do you" to heart and I was glad she didnt make a big deal of things.
I love being a member of core power and attending classes at federal hill. The studio is often clean and presents well. The instructors and staff are beyond friendly and you can tell they enjoy being there. I am always asking my friends to join me in classes. I have gotten a few of my friends to come with me.
Nice facility. Very good instructor. Welcoming & easy check in. Need better signage in where entrance is, VERY hidden. Probably more pricey than most but quality
Beautiful and clean facility, attentive and encouraging instructors, fun playlists, challenging classes.
Great class! Very clean facilities. Many class options.
I really enjoyed the yoga sculpt class! Andrew was awesome!
Friendly teachers, not intimidating, lockers and looks are free, mats and towels available, very clean and modern facility.
I'm relatively new to CorePower, but have experienced all 4 Baltimore studios and 2 in Colorado. I love the clean facilities and friendly instructors. I am really appreciating the hot studios, ESPECIALLY on a cold day. I like the app and ability to find a class that works. I specifically like the Federal Hill studio as they have ample free parking (I have avoided using Harbor Point because parking is hard to find or you have to pay). I am enjoying yoga sculpt as a way to mix in some cardio, weights and yoga. I like that you can find studios in various cities and states, and know what you're getting. The only reason I wouldn't recommend this to all and give it a 10 is 1) I'd like to see some suburban locations (Timonium/Hunt Valley and/or Towson) as the city locations can be inconvenient for weekends or just getting home after class and 2) it's not inexpensive--you need to be willing to spend for the monthly pass and try to get in enough classes to make it worthwhile (it's much more than a full gym membership). I'd like to see one more Baltimore location, too, in the new Eager Park development area adjacent to the Johns Hopkins Medical Institutions campus--they are building it out with shops, a Marriott and more.
The instructors were extremely nice and knowledge. Also, the facility is very clean and inviting.
