Everyone was very friendly and the place is very clean. I thought the level 1 was going to be easy - it was sufficiently challenging. I appreciated the time the instructor took to make sure I understood the poses. I have not done any formal yoga in 7 years and could not remember most of it. The class was small which was nice for my first time back. Thank you!!
The two teachers from whom I took classes were exceptional in their way of actually TEACHING and instructing yoga - congrats on a great team!

Love the large variety of classes, the clean and hot studios and the wonderful locker room & shower facilities. And that you're in a lot of the western cities I travel to. Keep expanding!
