Gina taught Sculpt and it was my first class at Core Power. Even though it was an empty class, she treated it like any other and did an excellent job. She payed attention to my poses and form and did the entire workout with me while instructing the whole time! I loved how Sculpt was a full body workout incorporating hand weights, ab work, squats, etc. I left feeling amazing and would recommend anyone to take a class from Gina!

Instructors are always welcoming and encouraging, even if they aren't the instructor for your class. The sequences are easy to follow and give you a work out while still honoring the essence of yoga.
The classes are challenging and the facility is beautiful - I really appreciate the modern amenities, cleanliness of the studio and locker rooms feel like a spa!
Fair oaks core power yoga is a great place! The facility is clean and comforting. I look forward to my workouts there. The best part of CPY is the people. I am always amazed at how I am always greeted with my name by one of the many dedicated and friendly teachers. There is a wide range of class choices and I am always encouraged to do what works best for my body. I look forward to practicing more in 2017.
