Very helpful for a beginner
I took the 45min yoga sculpt class and it kicked my butt! In a good way! I needed it and I loved it! It was a very welcoming atmosphere from the second I walked in! Jessica Miller is an amazing teacher. She has so much lovely energy. She is spunky and fun and a joy to take a class from. The facility was beautiful, very clean and spacious.

Amazing teachers especially Nina. I feel very welcomed at this location and the classes I have taken have been well taught, easy to follow and great music!
I really appreciate how each of my teachers (Sabrina, Lizzie, Julie, Nicole, Neal, and Shana) checks in with me to see how I am doing with my disability. They are so compassionate. One time Shana even taught me some yoga poses that would help stretch and strengthen my back. All of my teachers know me by name and show they really care! They are amazing!

Wonderful yoga teachers!!!
They are very welcoming and kind, the classes are well led, all the instructors have been amazing. They are very attentive to us and correct our movements and are very good at giving us alternatives or support to keep us in correct alignment. I always feel calmer and stronger after every class.

The teachers are amazing! I attend Sabrina, Nicole, and Lizzie's yoga sculpt classes, and Julie's Core Restore. These are wonderful classes with energetic, warm, inviting teachers.

I always enjoy the Yoga Sculpt and C2 classes. The instructors (i.e. Sabrina, Julie, Lizzy (both of them), Faith and Rachel) are always very positive and supportive.

I enjoy coming to CorePower Yoga so much!! It is a great way to unwind after a long day. The studio is clean and the instructors are very knowledgeable & helpful! I’m new to yoga and they are so welcoming & helpful with positions if I ask! I can’t wait for my next class! Highly recommend-even if you’ve never done yoga before!

It’s a different kind of workout from my regular routine. I enjoy yoga but adding the heat factor takes it up a notch. I also like how there are new types of classes added such as the strength ones.
I was visiting from Colorado due to work in the area. Nicole was so welcoming and taught a fun, buttkicking workout. Made my work trip way more enjoyable.

The pace of the Yoga Sculpt class was good for me. I felt it was a good o really workout. The instructor moved throughout the room checking on participants.
