Student Testimonials
love it thru and thru!
Every employee/instructor is compassionate and caring while always maintaining an uplifting attitude.
I’ve only purchased one product - a T-shirt with Core Power logo - and I’m thoroughly happy with it.
The CorePower studio is very clean, the instructors are very professional and well trained. The staff is caring.
This was my first time doing yoga and I really enjoyed it! My class was free and the instructors did a really good job. I really liked the vibes, would definitely do it again!
The staff is so friendly and welcoming and the establishment is so well-cleaned and organized! Classes are easy to follow and moderations for moves are always provided!
Very convenient & accessible from my residence. Good environment, excellent yoga teachers whom I admire & love them all. Thank you.
Love the HPF class on Fridays and wish there was also one on the weekends! Julie and Sarah are great!
This place is amazing! Super friendly yoga instructors. Very high class studio. Love the locker rooms and free coffee. I will definetly be signing up for the monthly membership. I stopped going to the gym and now switching over to doing yoga 5 days per week. Way better workout and I feel so much better afterwards. It helps relax your body/mind and gives you a different perspective on life. It’s affordable as well. They have discounts for the monthly membership. $100/month unlimited yoga at any of their 170 locations.
The yoga teachers are great as they lead me through my practice and really help me as I’m a “new” yogi. The environment is always a benefit to my practice as well. Everytime that I enter the studio, I have a very rewarding experience no matter who is leading the class!!
Great instructors!
Wonderful staff, great classes
Such a wide variety of yoga products available at the studios! Just picked myself up a Gaiam meditation pillow, and I love it! I also appreciate having multiple studios in my area so I can almost always find a yoga class that works for my schedule!
I love the one hour and variety of formats that CorePower offers. It is great for busy people that can only dedicate a few hours a week to their yoga practice. The instructors are all amazing and warm people. I am so grateful I discovered CorePower 16 months ago. My experience has been life changing!
Love the heated studio. The teachers were great too. My only question is why everyone has to be quiet in the studio? I wish it had more of a community feel rather than merely work out, then leave. Otherwise, the yoga classes were great.
Great place!
Beautiful spa like atmosphere. Welcoming staff at front counter. The bathroom has all the amenities similar to a private gym. I really liked the instructor who gave demos of poses.
The classes I take are consistently well taught in a clean and attractive environment.
The teachers are excellent, they give clear, positive instruction. The classes are challenging and strengthening.
I like the teachers, classes, and the cleanliness of the business. I feel good when I come out of these classes.
Great classes and knowledgeable, friendly instructors.
It's the most amazing classes I have attened!

I love the positive energy of the instructors and fellow yogis.
The studio is clean. The teachers are delightful.
I love CorePower and would recommend it to others. If there is ever a morning class that works with my schedule I will return.
I love the beautiful and clean studio environment and the teachers are amazing - always delivering challenging and inspiring classes. I would LOVE it if you would bring back some early morning classes. For those of us that work full time, early morning classes are sometimes the only option for fitting yoga into our daily lives :)
Super nice and clean studio. Wonderfully educated teachers who want yoga success for their students who are always willing to answer questions and share their knowledge
After having taken more than a couple hundred classes (probably closer to 300...), I could advise (as I do professionally) for hours with concrete suggestions for BOTH studios in FO & Roseville of countless ideas to grow and differentiate CP from the rest. The real questin is: does anyone care? I spend a great deal of time at each studio - my family does - it's so integral in our daily lives. And there needs to be more than silly emails that offer discounts on yoga pants or TT. There's a lot of disconnect; technology in many forms is the biggest as it's not being used in classes or to foster community/growth as it should. Aside from these suggestions, the most important thing at CP are its instructors (who get very little feedback - they're incredible!) and community. Manny, Tamara, Sarah Tricomi, Niki, Andrea, Inger, Sabrina and Heather are exemplary and inspiring in form, knowledge and kindness - they are indeed YOGIS. The only gripes would be: 1)not enough classes in FO throughout the day or week (when Roseville has 5 FO has 3 - not cool!) 2)classes should have time in between so people don't have to skip out on the last bit to go to another and 3) for the love of Vishnu and Shiva, forget the app and fix the website (the app is poor and I dont take my phone in with me - on my browser the site scrolls through days uncontrollably) and get dimmers for the police chopper searchlights (motion sconces) in the hall outside classes especially when they go off and shine a searchlight into a candlelight class!
Instructors are great
Times and classes
Products? Well, the services, or classes are great - my life has changed for the better because of them. It would be helpful though in the future that emails asking me what I thought of a class actually had the class title, time and instructor in question and that the feedback was actually shared with said instructor. Otherwise, this whole survey thing is a waste for everyone as the same hits and misses exist from my last email reply as it appears nothing was ever acknowledged as done or even considered.
