I love the variety of classes and class times. The variety of instructors and styles. The studio is always clean and full of fun, stylish clothing and yoga accessories.
Recently many instructors have been using essential oil sprays or rubs during the last part of class. I love this!

I liked the layout of the studio and easiness of getting to the studio. Parking was not an issue. The studio layout was easy to navigate and was very clean.
I definitely enjoy my experiences there and would definitely refer it to someone else. Everyone in there is so friendly and welcoming, i am definitely considering getting a membership after only 2 times.
Challenging and fun!
Everyone is really eager to share yoga. They appreciate each individual's energy and needs and also emphasize the importance of a sense of community. I had a very special one on one class with Stephan. He showed me a much easier way to go into crow. I really like the KC crew!! Both studios are great!!

I have only tried 2 classes, but I enjoyed both of them. The instructors were personable, which is very appealing. The studio is nice. I love the changing room upstairs and the showers. The location works for me. And the parking is fine. All good:)

It's an open space. You can be you and flow as you want. I love the staff because they are friendly and always willing to help with anything.
Facility, staff, hours
I have only been to one class so mayhap you should ask me this in a week. However I loved it and can't wait to try sculpt and fusion. I was a little disappointed when no one showed up for the 6:00am sculpt this morning, but I figure that's gotta be a rare occurrence and I'll catch it Wednesday.
