Great classes!
Love hot power yoga in general. Classes in other cities are more challenging and hoping that KC gets there as the instructors get more experience.
Knowledgeable teachers, smooth transitions and clear cuing, differentiated poses to honor practice levels and needs. Both instructors I had in 2 classes I attended while visiting KC were amazing. Attentive to all in class.
Warm and inviting spaces. Showers, lockers available. Towels and mats free on first visit. Welcoming, quiet vibe. Heat flowing...felt great.

I love the warm welcoming environment by the staff. I feel like I am part of a family. I love the classes, the heat in the rooms, and the challenges each class gives me. The classes also allow me to have "me" time and reconnect with myself.
I had never taken a yoga class before I signed up for my first free week. Cara Mc's class was so great that I ended up coming back 3 more times. Core Power helped me realize how wonderful yoga is and how effective it is as a stress reliever. Cara was so welcoming and encouraging. She is such an asset to your team!

Best, toughest workout in the city and just Friday Anna was filling in and corrected a longstanding bad habit I had formed in sculpt class because I get in a hurry. It's changed my whole game.

Laura the manager is sincere and enthusiastic and her leadership is reflected in the quality and attitude of her fellow instructors. I have been a member for almost 3 months at Core Power Country Club Plaza and am pleased that I began my yoga practice at this location.
This particular studio is great and Lora is a wonderful manager!
One thing that I think CorePower could improve is charging $2 per mat usage for Black Tag members. One of my favorite things about my CorePower membership is that when I travel frequently for work I am able to use any CorePower location. I visit other studios multiple times per month and routinely needing to spend money on a mat rental is an inconvenience. It would be great if members were given a mat rental at no cost if they are at a studio outside their region.
The staff and facilities were exceptional. I'm so happy Core Power is in Kansas City and setting such a great impression. I'll definitely be back for more and will refer friends to the country club plaza location.

The studio is extremely clean. Ryan was an incredible teacher! The 75 min c2 on Saturday was rough - it ended up being 90 minutes because she went way over and it was the fastest paced yoga class i've ever taken in my life. Other than that class - the other 2 were amazing. And the bonus was the cleanliness of the studio. I'll definitely recommend this studio!
