I enjoyed the intensity of the power 2 class yesterday. I haven't taken a class in the area that allowed the students to practice crow, headstand, and prepare for the dolphin pose. While it was an intense workout, I feel like I also deepened my practice and learned moves I have never tried before (i.e. dolphin)!!
I loved the C1 Class, the teachers were amazing and each teacher strived to help go further into a stretch or adjust my body. It was wonderful! Highly recommended and I will definitely be coming back.

The teachers teally care about you having your form correct without making you feel dumb. I had never practiced yoga before and I felt very welcome and the teachers taught me the correct poses without embarrassing me in front of the class. Having great teachers sets the precedent for the class. I appreciated their help and intent to make it the best session for me as possible.

Awesome classes and instructors. I have taken classes from several of the instructors and the quality is excellent. They are friendly and welcoming. Clothing line choices are great. It is nice to have several brands of yoga clothing in one store.

The community feeling of the studio! Every teacher is very warm and makes you feel like you are part of the family and not just a club member. The yoga classes are very challenging and unique to each teacher. I love the heat and just the calm peaceful atmosphere/vibe of each class.
