I was in Atlanta for the weekend and attended a C2 with Arrika and a Sculpt class with Asia. Both classes and both instructors were phenomenal! Beyond friendly and positive, these instructors exude such a wonderful energy! The playlists were perfect for the class intensity and both offered hands-on adjustments. I attend CorePower in Austin primarily and average about 14 classes per month. I love my instructors here, but the experience I had in Atlanta really raised the bar! Thank you ladies, Namaste!

I think the instructor I had was Arrika - and she was AMAZING. I joined about a week ago and have become obsessed. Her class was so great and her energy was so genuine. That was my first C2 class and I thinks it my favorite!

I had such an amazing experience at Core Power Yoga in Midtown Atlanta.
Laila was the instructor and she was phenomenal. Her cues and sequencing were so so good and she was very sweet. LOVED IT ! I will definitely be back again.
Also ! I hope you all will bring a Core Power Yoga to Orlando, FL one day. I love the class options. :)
My favorite thing is the song of the intention and the mental and emotional therapy I feel like I receive there.

I like how I can do yoga as a workout! I feel better once I work out too as well!!!
Loved it! I did the sculpt class and today I did the hot power fusion at sandy springs. Both facilities are very nice and instructors were welcoming. I do HIIT trainings everyday so this is perfect for recovery, but I also feel like I’m still getting a good workout. Love this and have already recommended to friends!
