Friendly instructors
Love Core Power and the classes. Parking at Ponce is really difficult during prime hours. It's too bad that they are building a hotel in what used to be a parking lot! That will make parking even worse.
The teachers are excellent, so encouraging. They challenge you but are very supportive. It's such a warm and friendly atmosphere.

There are a few really, really good teachers at this location. I have gotten spoiled by them. Tara, Karen and Brit are the best!
What I don’t love is having to book a class to attend. Schedules change all the time and you might not be able to cancel within the two hour window and having to register and cancel is an inconvenience. At least for someone who travels every week full time.

Great instructs, lovely team, and very clean! My only qualm is the studio is small (only two rooms) so the classes get pretty packed. Other than that, the music is great and it’s more of a workout than meditative yoga, but still amazing!
Danielle!! She is the absolute best. I drive by a closer studio to my house to go to Danielle’s classes in Buckhead!!

Consistent. I appreciate that the classes are fairly predictable and the studio is always clean and well run. The instructors also seem to be well trained and welcoming. I appreciate all of that. I do wish there were some C1 classes offered at my location.

Had not been to a class in quite a lot of years. Ben made me feel very comfortable and the class instructions were very specific and easy to follow, which made me enjoy the class. The only thing is I wish you offered more C2 classes earlier in the day , but I am sure as I try the other classes it will balance out.
