I can’t rate the Sandy springs plaza studio high enough. The owner, the teachers, everyone is incredible. I’ve dropped in and belonged to many other CorePower studios (NY, NC, MN, Chicago, other locations around ATL) and this one is the absolute best. Everyone is so kind and always in a positive mood to greet me when I walk in. Each teacher has a unique style and I don’t have a preference of who is teaching because they are all outstanding. Finding yoga and CorePower has changed my life. After turning 40 last year, I felt aimless and lost. And living through a pandemic only made the feeling worse. After a friend of mine suggested we take a yoga class at CorePower, I was hooked after the first visit. I had taken a few yoga classes many years ago but never hot yoga and I was so happy that I did. Its been such a great experience and I love being apart of the Sandy Springs community. I'm incredibly grateful to have yoga and CorePower in my life!!!

I love CorePower yoga! My only feedback would be that I wished certain instructors who taught multiple classes a week changed up the routines and the music more frequently. I like to to go yoga many times throughout the week and it can get very repetitive repeating the exact same class multiple times.
Brittany is one of the best yoga teachers in Atlanta!
