I really enjoy the intensity of the classes. I haven't practiced in a studio in over a year and this is just what I need to get back into my practice. I like that they offer a schedule that from early morning to later evening which makes it easier for people to practice with busy work schedules, traffic, etc. The showers in the locker rooms make it that much easier for people to get back to their busy lives after they leave the studio.
Great instructors and nice facilities. Prices are a little high though.

Your good energy atmosphere
Core Power Yoga has teachers who articulate throughout class, demonstrate some yoga postures but overall are walking around the room paying attention to you. It is a wonderful experience. The environment is relaxing because of the lighting, the temperature of the room, the music. It all comes together for a sense of strength and power. I leave feeling relaxed even though it was a hard workout.
