I started Core Power Yoga around 3 months ago. The only exercise I had been getting for several years was doubles tennis. At 63, not much muscle tone. The first few classes were HARD, but I am definitely stronger and feel better, physically and mentally, than I have for a long time. Each instructor puts their own spin on a fairly uniformly-styled flow. I cant say enough good things— they are all awesome.
I already did. We do not have a CPY in Chattanooga where I now live although I would love to have one and work there!

Great class! Georgia was very informative and gave modified instructions for first timers.
Instructors like Danielle are a godsend. Continually raising the bar by changing her routine and adding moves I didn’t even know existed, Danielle’s Sculpt classes are unmatched! I have never left a class taught by Danielle wishing she had made it more challenging. She is the best, and CorePower is lucky to have her.
