Good variety of classes. Unfortunately, location is tough for me to get to during the week due to heavy traffic on Briarcliff.
Yoga Sculpt instructor on Tue, Thurs, Sat. Convenience of studio to home.
The class times and selection could be improved. Would be great to have options to take HPF after work day, so 6pm onward at this studio or have HPF classes available on weekends.
It was really welcoming and supportive, and approachable for beginners while still being very challenging.
