I have been going to Core Power Yoga since April 2019 and I have always loved the vibe of Midtown. It's a unique combination of college students, early in career, late in career, professionals in business, healthcare, technology and education. The leaders going back to Samson and now with Grace and Ben. . . .it's an inspiring and motivational place to unwind, restore and take care of one's body and mind. And, when I travel, I use the OnDemand App. I live just 4 blocks away, and I love my short walk to the studio.
I am obsessed with Core Power Yoga, of all the workouts I've tried, this is the class that has resonated with me more than any other class. I don't sweat much and this class definitely has you sweating. All the instructors have their own style and I enjoy what each of them bring. If you are on the fence, just try it! You'll be addicted to how good you feel afterwards. I am!
I love every single time I come to CorePower Buckhead. I usually take class with Katie and Danielle and they always make me feel so welcome non top of that it is a fantastic workout. So grateful for this place and those people!

The environment is so welcoming and I have made a couple friends from going consistently. I have instructors that I LOVE and make my weekday routines around going to their classes. I had not done yoga consistently before coming here and now I go 4/5 days a week every week. I love the variety of the classes and the times are perfect for my busy schedule. Its great to go to C2 when you need to feel strong but want something calming, or Sculpt when you want to pick up the pace and feel awesome after. No matter my mood, I can keep up with a consistent workout thanks to the variety of options
