I'm still sore three days after taking class. Wish I lived closer to the studio but hope to make it back for classes when I am in Sandy Springs again.

I love CorePower and always feel great after attending class. At 55, I am usually the oldest person in the room, but I always feel comfortable taking the class at my own pace, challenging myself but also knowing it's okay to give myself a break (which I sometimes do in a hot sculpt class)! I attend classes in Atlanta, where I visit frequently, and have also taken classes in Chicago, DC, and Santa Monica. Now if I can just convince them to open a studio in Birmingham. AL, I can go every day. :)

I enjoyed the studio and how nice and efficient the check in process was. I enjoyed the Sculpt class but have had other teachers at CPY I liked better than this one.
