The only problem was originally called and service would not be able for almost three weeks. This was a long time considering my water was periti rankish and very yellow/orangish in color. After calling back a few times they did move up my service by a week and half.

My softwater system seems to be working well. My service/delivery representative, Casey, is knowledgeable, patient with any questions and pleasant. Of course he is also prompt and communicative of any changes in time of arrival. He seems to genuinely care and likes his work.
