Great water and great and friendly people
Randy Andrell did an outstanding job in troubleshooting and repairing my water softening and filtration system. There were several components that were clogged with carbon that had to be accessed and cleaned. The system also needed to be reprogrammed. He was very thorough and explained how the system operates.

And I really liked josh, and he did a very good job. He got everything done quickly and he knew what he was doing. He was very uh, knowledgeable about everything. And uh, I just thought he did a really good job.
A hi um I like the most alvin, our driver. Um he's been amazing. We've had him for quite some time and he is. He goes above and beyond every single time my husband has been in and out of the hospital for quite a bit this year. So sorry, but he always makes point if we don't have the bottles out of ringing the bell and gives us a minute to get down the stairs to get things out. He always helps us to get them and he doesn't just leave them. He's so thoughtful and considerate, so pleasant. So he's has amazing attitude and he's a great example of someone who puts the customer 1st, who loves their job, always a smile on his face. I can't say, I'm sorry, I'm a sort of a chain enough about him and that was the main reason that I want to give some feedback. I don't know how much recognition the drivers get and I know he works really hard to do what he does and to do it with an amazing attitude, and he's extreme temperatures. He deserves a huge pat on the back, and kudos and a big thank it.

And I've been a customer of with colleague in for ever since I moved out to Las Vegas, it's going on for years. And the service is like, it was from the beginning. It's perfect. Uh, staff is great. I've had the same driver for several years. His name is art, he's always on time, he's pleasant, he's polite, he's professional. With regards to the office staff, i've had the privilege many times to be connected to sonya. She liked the rest of the staff and the customer support side is excellent. Easy to speak with understand your situation, determine to give you a positive outcome ups for the reason why. Obviously I'm calling in, she explains everything she's fun to talk to Long with the rest of the staff. I find your customer support site. One of the best of the best in all industries, it's kind of like the template done. All these calls should go there. They're always making sure that they've taken care of you and really don't want to let you go until they have. And I think the whole calling in network for response team like that.

The products are highly reliable and customer service has always been excellent. Our most recent install was for my in-laws’ home and it was completed by the same installer that did ours two years ago. He’s extremely professional, patient, and provides clear instructions on how to use the system.
