The service man was excellent
The softness of the water and knowing the water cleaner.
They seem to ‘fit the bill’. The only drawback is wait time for an appointment due to personnel shortages. However, service techs are experienced, comprehensive & polite as well!!!

It's a great service and no real complaints.
Just a couple of issues with the unit over the years.
No low salt alarm or automatic shutoff when water is detected on the floor.
That would have saved me a flooded basement.

I like it that there is no fluoride in the water and your delivery man does an excellent job!
The greatest thing that I like about your product and services., is my delivery man. Sean is very attentive he's very customer-focused he's a very personable individual. The man cares about others he calls me everyday that he is going to deliver the water so that I know 5 minutes in advance that he will be here. There does need to be some improvement within the office. Before Rose retired I immediately got her voice and spoke with her every time I called to be office. I find it a little difficult to believe that things have changed so drastically and so busy that me associate in the office usually never answers the phone and the phone call is correcting to the answering service who at times confuses my message. Other than that the product is excellent and even with a little bit more training the people are excellent. A great product along with great people make repeat business and recommendations.

Customer service and your technicians are very knowledgeable.
Friendly knowledgeable and very prompt with responses sales people. It’s the people that sell the products. Installation went smoothly and didn’t take long. So far so good with the product. We have only had the new softner a month.
I like you giving me a specific 2 hour window so I can plan around it. I LOVE the fact that your men always carry the bags of salt down to the basement and load up my softener. That's the reason I chose Culligan many years ago and you never disappoint me.
