Except the last two deliveries, I’ve been shorted on bottled water…. What’s going on with the inventory or the trucks not being loaded?

Service is great. I don’t have to carry those heavy bags of salt and the water is a lot fresher. Not loaded with chemicals.
The products are highly reliable and customer service has always been excellent. Our most recent install was for my in-laws’ home and it was completed by the same installer that did ours two years ago. He’s extremely professional, patient, and provides clear instructions on how to use the system.
People I have talked to on the phone and those that have come to the house have been friendly and professional. I have never had a problem with the system (reverse osmosis) they service annually.

Annual Neutralizer maintenance. We have a system that is not very old that the company you bought out installed. I am grateful that James is handling them. James is great to deal with, pleasant and thorough.
