I like that someone comes out and checks the functionality of my water softener at no cost. They explain what they had to do in detail

I like the fact that there is 0 maintenance from my end involved with the rentals. Culligan representative reaches out to me to schedule service when it comes up. Rental is the way to go if you want zero maintenance from your side.
