We have used Culligan since the 70's ..began renting the tanks from them b/c we lived in a rented home...then when we bought a home we bought a Culligan. When we sold that home we left the water softner .. We bought another home and bought another Culligan water softener. That one lasted 33 years, bought another Culliga and have been with them ever since..they last long and love the home delivery of salt not to mention the soft water ..this time we also purchased a purifier tank for under the kitchen sink in which we placed in basement beneath kitchen location for cooking etc.

More maintenance on rentals. I know I can call to get my rental checked but sometimes it’s to late and you get a water bill out of this world. When you’re on Medicare the budget is pretty tight. Actually very tight.

Our system that Luis inspected and repaired today (5/18/23) was installed in 2016 and had performed well during this period of time. Luis found that the flowrate monitor was not functioning and replaced it (still under warranty).
It was a pleasure to meet Luis. He is an excellent communicator and a very friendly person.
The product of the water supply Thing and the demand that came on was sell professional as so helpful. And he even saw a leak that we had on a hose to our sump pump while he was down the basement. And let us know about that. Otherwise we wouldn't have known it right away and he was so professional and did a wonderful job and we like our software and also our water drinking water fountain. He had to replace that because it was broken, but he, we just think that he was above and Beyond. What do you need to do? So you know, we want to put in a good word for him.
The Culligan team is responsive and helpful- eager to fix problems and explain our system to make sure we’re using it and maintaining it correctly.

Convenient. We probably would not have a softener if you didn’t deliver and fill salt for us. It’s too heavy and inconvenient otherwise.
