A good service technician!
I like that you are brand name that has been around for a while and is trusted. Part of the reason I think you are so trusted is the care you take with all your customers. When I call, I always get a real person to talk to, they seem to know who I am, I don't have to wade through 5 minutes of menus and recordings, and the issues are met with efficiency and friendliness.

The product's that I have are great, and all the services personal that has been here was also great. The only thing I not happy with is the fact your prices can change at any given time without explaining to the customer why, that being going on for years.

We rent a Culligan water filtration system - which we prefer to ownership since we can get support at no charge and in a timely anner
Our Culligan service rep was excellent, on time and gave great detail in explaing everything that was being done..
He did a maintenance check on our Softner and replaced 2 of our 3 drinking water filters. Our water was tested, it tastes great and softner system is running strong.
He was very transperent on what we really needed and did not oversell us on any other issues or service.
We ve been customers with Culligan for last 6 years and are very happy to continue for many more years to come

Products clear up hard well water. Drinking water is soft but not salty.
Above all, the service is exemplary. Our delivery person, Matt, is always prompt, efficient, trustworthy, and friendly.
When we have had an issue with equipment, we have always received prompt and courteous help, with the issue being resolved.
